i am gay and i thin if i tell any1 they will totaly treat me like i am not a real person so do u think i should tell some1?

This is very hard I'm sure. I have a brother who is gay and he is 30 years old now and I am the only one in our entire family that he has told. He is scared that our parents will disown him because our parents are old fashioned in alot of ways. I feel really bad for you, but if there is a family member that you know won't turn their back on you, then I would tell them how you feel. Holding in those types of feelings is only lying to yourself and it will make you miserable........good luck sweetie.....one more thing, if you want to talk about it with me, email me sometimes, I will be glad to talk to you about your feelings.

If you don't tell someone then you are going to kill yourself by keeping it a secret. Not everyone reacts the same when somebody tells them that. It's not like it makes you a bad person. It just makes you stronger as a person. Tell someone and feel better about yourself. There's nothing to be ashamed of. Think of it this way, you just told me.

You'll have to tell someone sooner or later. Cause what if later on in life you want spend your life with someone special? They will have to know sooner or later. I personally think it's wrong that people treat people like crap based on their religion, race, age, gender or sexuality. If you aren't hurting anyone with being gay or lesbian or straight, then it is your right to be gay and let someone know about it. well, i wouldn't because you are right. Because he have a gay guy who used to be like the coolest guy and a lot of girls liked him. Until one girl tried somethin and he said you kow i am gay. So know no one hung around him. Plus i think he moved to another school. But if you know someone that you can trust then tell. them.

Well, YOU know you're a real person, and those who won't treat you as one are not those you should consider "real friends," either.

I'm not gay, so I can't even pretend to know what path you should take, but I do think you should open up, if that's how you feel.

Who is the person you feel you should tell? If they are a true friend they should be understanding, hopefully (you can't always rely on them being like that). They might feel as though you're telling them because you're interested in them, are you? Try to explain why you're wanting to tell them so you ease them into it. Just be honest!

Eventually, what you're hiding IS going to unfold... and people will find out about it. I'd rather let the world know who I am, then let someone tell me who I am. It sounds like you may be a little ashamed... but if you are proud of being "gay"... by no means don't hide it.

well, maybe some1 really close to you. most people know already if some1 i gay or not though. i think gay people are ttly awsome, but alot of people dont, so be careful who you tell

Don't you have someone you can confide in no matter what? If your really afraid to tell someone, explore it first and find out if you really are! It's no big deal, people may not act like you think they're going to.
