Thing which must make you be confident is the fact he has been with you for 4 yrs...he really wants you and loves you. For some reason he is with you.
You should go to gym but get a diet too. Gym without diet is nothing. I dropped 130 pounds because of gym and diet and now I feel more confident.

Confidence in bed doesn't come from looking perfect, or no one in the world would feel comfortable. I suggest that maybe your man isn't expressing enough that he loves you the way you are. I know that I was really self-conscious when I was first with my husband, but he really lets me know how much he loves me and how much he loves the way I look. He tells me all the time, and it is a boost for me. Try not to feed too much negativity from the media either, because they send a lot of bad messages about body image and what men "want" in a woman.

Before hopping into bed with him take a relaxing hot bubble bath, light the candles and drink a glass of wine. When you get out of the tub slip into something that makes you feel sexy. You'll be relaxed and ready to go.

Best of Luck

Develop your self confidence chic. Forget the size. He stayed around all this time he will continue to stay. Do you guys have sex at all ?
Do things to him that he will want more and more.
Be loving kind and gentle and be a tigress in bed.

He is with you isnt he? Relax, and enjoy the ride. Try the Atkins diet, high protein, low carbs. It works fast, and try to get some exercise. Bike ride, swimming, walking. Plenty of sex is the best exercise. You will learn as you go. Don't worry so much. You will ruin the fun.

I am sure he is aware of your size and many ladies on the big side have more self confidence then people who are not overweight. I think you should talk to him about it and go for it when you are ready.

Well, I guess you answered your own question, Gain more confidence, one very good place to find that is in a gym.

Well, If not a gym, find something that will build your confidence and self esteem, it sort of starts within yourself,

i am the same way! i know what your talking about. but if you seriously feel that insacure about it then talk to your bf and say do you think i need to loose weight and tell him to be purtilly honest what he says might hurt but its what you gotta hear. if he says that he is okay with the weight you are then you need to relize that hes okay with how much you weigh and everything. my bf says the same thing because i think i am descusting and that i need to loose wieght and he tells me all the time not to. you just gotta be open with him and tell him how you honestly feel and see what his reaction is to that

Honest answer from a guy: The more you please him, the less he'll care what you look like. Plus you have 4 years of history with him. Whatever you've got under your clothes will not surprise him.
