And how long do you think it'd be before the militias, insurgents, and terrorists started acquiring those weapons and using them elsewhere?
We have troops in Iraq because the Iraqi's aren't strong enough to defend themselves yet. If we just sent them the weapons, they'd never be put to use for the purpose of defending Iraq.

We are still in the process of training the Iraq army & government! Gives us some time!!!

We are and it is helping. I'd say that within a year Iraq's army and police force will be strong enough to do more on their own. You can't just send them high tech weaponry and expect them to fight with it, you have to train them to use it and teach them new tactics that compliment the new weapons.

simply by fact the belief of the armed forces being in Iraq, is that that's interior the pursuits of the two the rustic and the Iraqis. it must be interior the pursuits of the rustic to stifle debate on the conflict by using exporting the protestors ( it is debatable). that's difficult to work out the way it could be interior the Iraqi's pursuits to settle for them however.

I don't think the Bush administration wants the Iraqi government to succeed!
This is an excellent suggestion...and should be tried first. Malaki wants to try this too.
If the Iraqi government is undermined there is no hope for Iraq democracy.

becuase the iraqi army doesn't yet have the training to effieciently use those weapons, and someone would proly sell them to the insurgents and other people.
