That's a tough one. I think it's wrong for us to judge who is or isn't a saint.Since some works are allegedly of the devil does this mean that he also creates saints? Some works might just be done to mock the powers or the lack thereof in our religions. Although this story may be based on a true story it's point of view may be flawed or mostly conjecture Hollywood style. Giving certain people sainthood like nominations for best acting seems overreaching and or excessive. However, I was impressed by the actress who portrayed Emily Rose. Maybe it's all just special effects anyway.

I was impressed with that movie. I don't know the actual circumstances of what happened in real life. But even if a fraction of what the movie showed was real, it begs some deep questions about the nature of Good vs Evil.

I think she was touched by God. I'm not Catholic, but if her story does bring people closer to believing in Him, perhaps she is a saint.

the bible describes a saint as any person who is born again, the catholic church teaches otherwise, the catholic churches teachings are against the bible, they teach salvation a million other ways other than what the bible states, emily rose was based on a true story, however i'm sure the names were changed for privacy, but to directly answer your question, no she is not. she was never a christian [one who is born again]

I don't think so. Jesus' mission was to cast out demons not let them possess someone. It is never o.k to orchestrate evil for any reason ask Jesus --- this is why he died.
