anger and depression go togather. what to do about it. ur holding somethink inside, so u need to find a friend u can trust, an set down and talk with them. tell them, if u know, whats bothering u. also, get a pillow, get off to ur self, take ur fist an beat that pillow and kick it untill ur worn out. u may cry, thats ok. just scream it out. it will surprise you how much better u will feel. i had the same thing years ago. so i would take an ax and i would cut on that tree stump, till i was worn out. but i sleep better, and i felt better. so let ur anger out a little at a time. its like picking at a festered sore. so go ahead talk , and beat the hound out of that piller. and u will be fine. god bless

Sometimes when there are feelings of hurt anger is a result. Sometimes we just have an imbalance of hormones that can cause this. Not enough sleep not enough fresh foods in our diets. I have a MAJOR temper problem and I have over the years learned to deal with it. Sometimes I go out in my back yard and just scream at the top of my lungs. Sometimes I get notebook paper and rip it up in tiny pieces. I do free writing sometimes. All depends on how mad I am. If you don’t know free writing is just getting some paper and for one minute just write everything that comes to mind don’t really think about it. Most of the time there will be something that is on that paper that will tell you why you are mad. Anger is a normal emotion just like sadness, loneliness, and happiness. It will be ok. I would strong advice trying on or all of these things to get it off your chest.
Good luck and if you want to just vent IM me do not go breaking things or hurting others with angry words. (I used to do that but I also hurt many innocent people)

Sweetheart, it hormones. Well in part. I was curious as to how to answer I took a look at your homepage and you are what 14?
You are at an age that you feel grown up but you are not old enough to drive, get a job or basically make any major decisions own your own. It can be quite frustrating.
Find something you like to keep you busy. Dream of what you will do when you are older. I suggest a good book targeted toward a young lady your age.
Writing in a journal can be therapeutic also.

At this time, the best thing you can do is wear your body down.
Workout or do some physical activity until your brain and body are exhausted. Drink lots of water, too.
For the future, try to get in touch with your feelings. This will help you locate the source(s) of your anger. Remember, anger mostly results from situations that you have no control over and that's what pisses you off.

First of all, how old are you? If you're around 13, then you're probably gonna get over it soon. One way that you can stop your anger, is to punch a pillow. It's much better that punching something else, but try not to do too much damage. You can also talk to some of your friends about this. You can spend more time with them. Maybe you can go outside ( if it's not too cold ). Get a nice hobby. Spend mor time on it. Try not to concentrate on your anger. Have more fun.
I hope this helps!

Try doing something you like. Obviously something is bothering you. You need to be more constructive than destructive. Breaking things doesn't really change anything for the better, it just leaves you with less stuff and a mess to clean.
