So theres a boy that i like and we had a class together, and we barely talked. Now i found him on myspace, and we talk ALOT. When we see each other in school, its just a "Hi" and a smile. What do u think of this?

That is actally not abnormal. A lot of people are more comfortable communicating via instant messaging, email, myspace, and chat rooms because it is less intimidating than being in person I, for one, can express myself more thoroughly in writing and/or electronic communication as well, because I get more said. So, I say don't worry about the minimal talk between you to. Eventually, you both will be comfortable enough to hold conversations face to face. Just go with the flow.

U both are shy or he is shy and probably exploring urselves before commiting. Its good to understand urselves, because I personally believe, that, ur actual personality is revealed when u hide behind internet and online and express urselves. Second Qs is how just after one class did he come to ur space? how did he know ur id? he had made a concrete effort to "touch" u online. Next u have allowed him into ur space and domain. Its time for both of u to understand ur relationships - be the best of friends open ur hearts to each othe r without all the physicals or take it on the next level: only ur hearts can answer the question

It's alot easier for some to talk through e mails and on line because you are not standing in front of that person, you are not making eye contact. I like being face to face, eye to eye. But some might feel shy or afraid what other people might think if they see them talking to someone. Communicating in person is a beautiful thing so you can see their body language, see their expressions, laugh along with them, and so on.

Actually you should phone them first, you know I am in the same exact situation but Im in Hamilton and she's in Toronto. But I am the shy one however we were best freinds 5 years before so its all good. Meet after school around a bunch of people just to be safe.

It is sometimes easier to talk on line because your nervousness kind of drops away.
