Lots of people have the list of 11 herbs and spices which actually is 13 but that is an unlucky number and 11 just sounded better. Then you put the chicken in pressure cooker and cook it. Then into spiced flour, into beaten egg and back into flour for extra crispy and then into deep fryer until crust is done.

I use several spices in my batter....not sure if it is the exact ones they use....but you can really make a combination of the ones you like the best......celery powder or salt....you don't have to like celery to use this one....it just adds good flavor...kinda like in stuffing....garlic powder.....paprika.....lawry seasoned salt....salt....black pepper......white pepper.....onion powder....poultry seasoning....and really anything else you like.....be sure to use a self-rising flour....even a small bit of self rising cornmeal to the mixture is good...I tend to use what I have or what I am in the mood for...you don't have to stick to a recipe 100% all the time....when it comes to the spices on chicken.....come up with a blend you like. To make sure your batter sticks.....try one of these combinations.....first...dip chicken in dry flour.....then into wet batter......then into the spicy flour mixture..then immediately into your hot oil
for the wet dip of the batter use buttermilk or 1 beaten egg with 1 cup milk
