yes it works u dont have to be pregnant to take pre natal vitamins...those are just regular vitmins and minerals that are essencial for every healthy womens body to have....and there cheaper if u get the generic brand or the store brand.

The only thing different in a prenatal vitamin is the amount of folic acid, a B vitamin. Taking a prenatal when you are not pregnant will not hurt you and the folic acid will help with your hair and nails health. There are no side effects. Buy the best you can afford but there's no reason to buy the most expensive.
