Given your age the most likely things are UC (ulcerative colitis), Chron's Disease, and IBS. However it could be any number of things. If you list symptoms you are having with it and color, consistency, frequency I may be able to be slightly more specific.

Let's begin together with your blood sugar. Because that wasn't your fasting blood glucose, I agree that you want a couple of extra exams to verify both method, adding a fasting, HbA1c (3-month normal of your blood sugar), and probably an OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test). 168 mg/dL is some distance too top, even due to the fact that that wasn't your fasting blood sugar studying. That being stated, 168 is not always in complete-on diabetic variety. It's viable you are pre-diabetic. It's viable that you simply have a few insulin resistance. It's viable that you simply drank 3 sodas an hour earlier than your experiment and that you are now not diabetic. I do not know the situations. Generally, a random blood sugar experiment demands to be >2 hundred mg/dL for a diabetes analysis. That's why I take limitation together with your general practitioner. As for the indications, the ones handiest look while blood sugar runs top (believe: 250+) for a protracted interval of time. Pre-diabetics and diabetics identified early commonly wouldn't have any signs of diabetes. So, it is fully viable that you're diabetic and now not displaying signs at this level. My recommendation is that you simply request an HbA1c and a fasting glucose after which paintings from there.

Is the blood bright red (like fresh blood) or is it more of a dark/black color(old blood) Black, old blood is more typically a warning sign of something more serious such as colon cancer, or colitis, etc. If it is fresh, bright red blood chances are it could just be something like hemmorroids. If you strain too hard when you go to the bathroom or had a bout of the diarrhea, that could bring that on. But it wouldn't hurt to get it checked especially if it happens a lot
