Ugh. Using a human pregnancy test is not the way to go about it since they are used to pick up human hormones. Go to the vet and get and ultra sound. I highly recommend getting your cats fixed. It would prolong their lives and you won't have to worry about more litters.

Their nipples will become slightly enlarged and turn pink in color, but this is also seen when a cat is in heat. Generally, though, the first sign you're going to see that she's pregnant for sure is a big, round belly and increase in appetite =) my kitties pregnate too!

their gestation period is 63-65 days give or take a couple (9 weeks), at about 3-5 weeks if she is you will notice her nipples change colour, not long after that you will notice her putting on weight.

Wait until she gets fat, or get her to pee on a pregnancy test.

If she hasn't been spayed, then she's pregnant.
