I like "red caviar," which technically isn't caviar at all.

I'm not rich.

Black caviar can also be reaaallly good. I once bought 1/2 kilo of beluga black caviar, but I had a hookup.

Caviar isn't good in America, that's why you don't like it. It's all over salted or old. To be good, caviar must be really fresh.

Red caviar on a piece of sliced french bread with butter (butter the bread, then put the caviar on) is one of my favorites.

But the best has to be Blini. A blin (pronounced "bleen") is basically a thin pancake (I hate regular pancakes), like a crepe, and if you put butter on it and some red caviar, wrap it up and eat it you will be in heaven.

You don't have to be rich to eat caviar, truffles, and fois gras. They are all incredibly tasty, and you can find many of them at nice restaurants when you go out to eat. Nobody eats this stuff daily.

It isn't necessarily like or love, it is status. I've tasted caviar and think it is a bit yucky. But I'm not a fish eater either. It is all in what people like

It really is an acquired taste. But if you acquire the taste it's very special & delicious. The little eggs burst in your mouth with a gorgeous briny taste of the sea, almost taking you there if you close your eyes. Served properly in the classic way (chopped hard boiled eggs, finly chopped onion, thin fresh toasted bread, with the proper acutremon, it really is an experience!

I've had caviar, fois gras, and truffles, the three most expensive foods on the planet. Really, none of them are worth what they cost, they are all good. But people like the idea of spending a ton of money on things, to feel like they are above people that can't afford it.
