Prayer can often help, but God also expects us to do our part, which would mean removing or working out those things that are causing stress, seeing medical help if it's a major issue, etc. I'm not sure what you mean by leave, but if you mean leave this life, then I would say that that has to be worst solution, because theres always a better one that that. If you are thinking of that, then definitely speak to someone you love. Good luck.

You must look into the root cause for stress and take steps to reduce it. If the whole affair is beyond reach, leave the matter at God will and remain relaxed. Complete faith in God and praying regularly will give you much strength and definitely have impact on your personality. May God help you.

As we all know life is full of stress. It's got its peaks and valleys
its ups and downs, and when the line is straight (flat line)
we're dead. The trick is navigation, pray and ask god to steer.
One thing is for for certain, we don't know what the heck we're
doing. Have faith, cause HE Does! If there are things causing you to stress out that can be avoided, by all means if possible
avoid them. I think allot of it comes down to deciding we're
not gonna let certain things that used to bother us, get to us
anymore. Sometimes you've got to say to your self it's just
not worth it, and then make that conviction and see it through.

Sit down and figure out why you are so stressed, then, remove the factors that are making you so stressed. Sometimes you have to do things for yourself. You can't rely on God for everything.

It always helps to pray. Another thing you can learn to do is to cast the whole of your cares on the Lord. If you work on that you will come to a place where reguardless the situation, you can rest knowing that He cares about you

(1Peter 5:6) Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

(1Peter 5:7) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

What will prayer do other than the obvious self fulfilling prophecy of recognizing what you need to do as you pray?

And leave? Leave what? Be an escapist? Face you problem! Deal with it as best as you can.

Your swimming pool picture seems to suggest the absence of stress in your life and yet you are talking about it now...(why is that? ...just think about it a little). Prehaps relaxing in your own pool (real or imagined) this evening could be most helpful to you.
Bless you, Ed
