How do you block those numbers that show you only a number or no information at all from calling your house?

For land line phones there is a service for a fee that will block all numbers with no display and give callers a message with the option to turn the feature back on.

Very easy my friend all you have to do is call your local telephone company and for an additional 3 to 5 dollars you can have unknown numbers block. If any unknown number wants to get a hold of you, they'll have to dial *82 to unblock their number otherwise they'll get a recorded message. "Were are sorry but the number you're calling does not accept private calls"

You have to talk to you service provider. As far as cell phones go, there's no such service.
