your best bet is to go to a reputable tattoo shop, find a good custom artist and collaborate with them to come up with a design for you. i know you must have your reasons for wanting this, but may i make a suggestion? personally i don't think it looks that great when people get a whole sleeve of one thing, especially when it will cause a lot of empty, unuseable space. like your vine, for instance, the way i'm picturing it, i may be wrong though, i see the vine wrapping around your arm from top to bottom, whether at an angle or straight, and having your skin inbetween each loop. you won't be able to really do anything with the space inbetween the vines except for maybe some filler, but honestly i don't think you'd be happy with the end result. which is why i think it's best you discuss this with an artist. remember, they will have your best interest at heart, so please don't take this personally. a lot of people come into the shop i work at and want some pretty far out stuff, and think they have their minds set, but as an artist, i will tell people if something will just plain not look good. and especially if the artist cares at all, he'll most likely not even want to do the tattoo and have his name associated with something like that. now, like i said, i could be picturing this completely wrong, and you could have a killer idea, but just haven't explained it in enough detail, which further proves that it's best to go speak to a tattoo artist and have a custom design done. i hope i didn't come off like too much a tattoo snob, i wasn't trying to, i'm really just lookin out for you. good luck and i hope you get something great that you will enjoy. remember, tattoos are for life.

Look around and if in doubt use bits and pieces from different ones to encorporate a sleeve. A tat artist/designer is the best bet because they have a lot of experience and knowledge. They will know what works and what will look s**t.

Best of luck and hope you sleeve up nicely

is there a specific reason that you want a vine? you should go to a custom tattoo artist and have them create something for you that would be suited to your arm and that would be different from other things that other people may have. i haven't seen many vine sleeves and that may be for a reason, i'm not sure how it would look in the end but good luck!

Rough sketch it and take it to your artist. They'll be able to clean it up and make it look really you.
