All I get is a little box in upper left hand corner with some colored squares in it. Nothing in white box - and no gold bar.

I have been having trouble installing flash player. I just found a solution. I used the uninstaller from their website at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
You should then be able to install Adobe Flash Player 9

You need to change your computer settings. Your computer may not be compatable. Take it to a computer repair place and they can help.
