Watch the eyes and body language. If he won't make eye contact with you - that's one sign. But, honey, don't feel bad - does anyone really understand men? More than anything just follow your instinct.

Usually if htey are bad liars u will jsut kow right off the bat. If you are wondering, he probably has acted semi-weird or sketch. When one of my best guys freinds lies... I jsut let him keep talking bc he gets caught in the lie all by himself. If they get overly talkative, if they get shifty eyed, if they try to change the subject, or if they keep harping on an issue (i.e. "that NEVER happened blah blah blah), chances are they aren't telling hte whole truth (if not out-right lying). The lohnger you know someone the easier it is to tell when they are lying. Confront him and callh im out on your suspicions... that will get him reacting one way or the other which helps u figure it out.

It's obvious when my hubby lies. I look him straight in the eyes and he starts laughing (he's unable to keep a straight face)-not all the time though! Like when he wants to surprise me!!!
All people are different---some will look away, start a new conversation, or even possibly start sweating and stuttering! Just watch his actions and face expressions.

Wait a few minutes and ask the same question again. If he is lying you most likely wont get the same exact answer. They arent as thourough as us women! :-)

If he says he'll gladly sleep on the sofa bed, when he knows damn well he'd rather be w/ her, on the king sized bed--he's definitely lying!!!! :op

its easy. it also all depends on they guy, but a way you can tell is that he is not looking you in the eyes when you ask him a question or he is just avoiding the whole question b/c he knws that he will have to lie.

I heard if you watch their eyes you can tell if they are lying.
If they're looking up when they answer your question, they're telling the truth.
If they're looking down when they answer your question, then they're lying.

My last gf told me that only girls could see it, but they all could when a guy lies. lol
