Gerber & Playtex are very good ones to use, they are no spill, and the drink comes out easily. My daughter drinks from both without a problem.

I have a 17 month old son and he loves to bang his sippy cups on his highchair. So, we have tried just about every kind on the market. I don't like Nuby's, even the No-Spill ones spill. I like Gerber and Playtex. However, I think the Playtex ones could take more abuse than the Gerber ones.

OK first of all your daughter NEEDS whole milk until she is 2. That other answerer is totally wrong. Even vegetarians and vegans know that babies need whole milk until they are 2 they need the fat for brain development. Now for your question, my daughter loved the Platex no spill cups, but I have found that, like everything else, all kids are different and like different cups. Gerber also makes good ones. I would suggest staying with a name brand and no generic.

The Nuby sippy cups are spill proof and easy to drink from. They have a soft tip as well which is good if you are transitioning from bottle to sippy cup.

The Playtex ones at Target are the best I've found. It shouldn't matter what percent the milk is either. My daughter never had this problem except with those disposable ones, they were hard to get water out of.

I suggest that, whatever type of no-spill cup you go with, you introduce it to her (in her high chair or another non-messy place) without the valve in. Then after she is used to the new look, etc, put the valve back in, and maybe motivate her to try hard with some juice or something extra yummy.

Gerber has good ones that you can have liquid come out either fast or slow...depends on how insert is fitted into lid of cup. I disagree with previous answer...one year old SHOULD be on whole milk...they NEED the fat.

Try buying the spill-proof cups there is a rubber piece that you can take out to wash (normally) and you can make the hole a little bigger so its easier for her to drink out of.

I wouldn't give her a no-spill one. Like you said, they're harder to drink from. Getting a drink shouldn't be a struggle!
Just keep giving her the ones she drinks from now. I think it'll be fine when traveling.

I believe anybody else about the water and juice in the course of the day yet in case you nonetheless opt for to grant her milk attempt freezing it 0.5 complete and including extra on excellent so it continues to be chilly and holding it in a cooler might want to really help too.
