Coffee and Redbulls are always a quick pickup...though probably not the best for long term and you dont want to be drinking a lot everyday.
Also, try to get some protein in your lunch and not too many carbs or you get sleepy.

What helps me most is just going outside and taking a walk for a few mins.
Also, minor exercises and stretches you can do at your desk help release some stress and tension.

There are way more better sites but cant seem to find them now. But one thing I do in the afternoon is just close your eyes cover you eyes with your hands and just "relax" your eyes. You can feel the tension "leak" out of your eyes. Looking at the comp screen all day is bad for your eyes and relaxing the muscles in your eye feels good.

Have a large breakfast and a smaller lunch. Eat throughout the day and in the afternoon go for the energy food like an apple or even a cup of green tea. A little exercise in the morning also helps you with energy throughout a long day.

Or you can go the coffee route.

Get up and move - walk around the class/office/building for about 5 minutes then grab a drink of water.

Also, unhealthily - some small candy bar, or more healthily, keep a fruit of some sort, the sugars in them will help, and get you more energy faster than veggies would. Also, breads, like crackers, or breads and proteins like cheese and crackers (or the peanut butter cracker sandwiches)

Keep hydrated with water and eat plenty of fruit. Also move around as much as possible to keep off the lethargy. Green tea is a healthy way to get a caffeine boost.

Grab something healthy to give yourself a boost without the insulin spike and drop (forget about sugar, other simple carbs, and coffee). If you can, get up a do some activity, a simple walk is enough.

Actually drinking water is a great way to keep that boost constant... or if your talking about a snack type boost, then go for something with fruit + nuts.

Lots of Caffeine.
Quick 5 minute walk
Drink Water

Don't eat carbs (pasta, potatoes, pizza) at lunch, eat protein...( I think that's the best way to do it)

You might be getting crazy tired because of what you're having for lunch
