if a guy doesnt ignore me but he pays more attention to this other girl that im friends with does he like her and not me!! like everytime a guy likes me hes always asking me if i like that guy and if i dont he makes sure that guys knows i dont like him! and if i talk about a guy in front of him he always ask me if i like that guy! and a couple weeks ago he asked my bestfriend if i liked him and then he said i just wanna know what shes gunna say so tell her i like her! and i thought he was just messing so i was like omg why do you keep tell her to tell me all that crap? and then he was like o why did you tell her, it was just a joke! and then he said im really pretty but he dont know if he likes me like that! does he like me or was it really a joke!

There's a few options you can go from here:
1) His shy and he doesn't want to admit.
2) His scared of rejection, therefore he says it's a joke.
3) He has no clue of what he wants.
If a guy likes a girl, he should be strong enough to go and tell her, regardless of the results, this shows his willingness and it shows that he believes you are worth it and will give it a try.
That answers 1 and 2.
If a guy is not sure of what they want, you might want to stay away for a bit and let him re-think... In the mean time, there is no need for you to wait, as it is not your problem and you should live your life only to deal with yours not his (Unless he is your boyfriend, husband, etc).

It sounds as though you are dating the wrong guy. Jelousy is a killer for relationships. Find a guy that isn't jelous, it seems difficult but it isn't.
If you like a guy and he doesn't notice you, don't be afraid to show a little more cleavage (if you are an adult) and use fewer words like yall and knows (you and know). Try it, it will work.

It sounds like he does like you but is afraid of saying anything or making a move. Talk to him about it and find out if he was only joking or if he really does like you.

sounds like he likes you but may like someone else at the same time, he's probly deciding between you & someone else of who he likes best; make sure to flirt with him & get him to understand that you like; make him fall for you =] <3 good luck =)
