Just tell him you appreciate his interest, but that y'all wouldn't be a good match...be nice about the rejection but don't lead him on.

Have one of your male friends step in and ask you out for a "date" in front of this youngster. Then when the guy leaves, sound real excited and happy that this guy FINALLY asked you out...something like that. It worked for me back in highschool over 30 yrs ago!

You need to be honest with him and tell him that you don't like him in that way. He is (well you both are) quite young, and what you do/say to him now could really affect him. Just be honest and tell him the truth. Good Luck!

Just say I'm sorry and tell him that theres someone else out there for him! Or go out with him as long as he's mature! I know the only reason you don't want to is because... "What will my friends say?"! Go for it as long as he's mature!

Just be nice and tell him you are flattered but not interested. Don't be mean about it, but tell him what you mean.
