This drives me insane. we all live on the same stupid ball in the big floating nothingness and even in our "beliefs" we find ways to force our opinions. personally, if religion is so real, why are we playing the "mine is better than yours" game? why do "christians" think so highly of themselves, when their belief is merely a fetus in the bigger scope of things. it just seems that you all read the same story in a different language, made your own "***"umption, and voila, now you have so many variations of the same bloody thing. seems human error made an appearance. if its all written, prooved and believed, why do you do the unthinkable and go against all your supposed to project and teach. reminds me of racism, you all hate each other. why

False premise. All religion is NOT based on fact. It's based on FAITH. Those two, contrary to popular belief among the religious, are NOT synonymous. Faith is a really LOUSY way to determine the truth value of something, actually.

Well, you have not studied religion. All religions teach that they are right and the rest are wrong. So, they all can not be right. Problem is -which one is the correct one? If you just look at the top 5 or 6 major religions seriously, it will become evident soon which one is correct. In 3 or 4 years you should be able to figure it out. If they all turn out to be false-then it does not matter. If just one is correct-then it matters much. I have looked at Christianity, Judaism, and Islam more, and Buddhism and Hinduism less. I have come to the conclusion that Christianity is correct. But I am fortunate, for I know people in all three of those. I was raised in a free country where any religion can be openly studied without fear. This is confusing for the lost person (anyone who is not Christian). But-the truth is available-if you want it.

Religion is based on faith, in many cases, not fact. It's hard to prove facts from such a long time ago with so many different accounts of the same story.

Let's just take the Bible. Through time it has been re-translated and re-translated. Before a printing press, it was copied by hand, introducing errors and mistranslations. Now, go look at any bookstore and see how many version of the Bible there are.

That is why there are so many differences among the different Christian communities, alone. Now throw in all the faiths that do not believe in Jesus as the Christ and you have pandemonium..

As for hating, well, there will always be small minded people in the world that refuse to accept that we all have our free agency.

The simple fact is that enemy is great deciever. What better way to misguid people then to create copies that are close enough to the truth to draw people. But just far enough away from it where you totally miss the point.
Now about christians. I am one and I am puzzled by your assumption that we think "So highly of ourselves". YOu may encounter many holyier then thou people but those are not the true christians. True christians realize that they are infact no different then anyone else and are equally as sinful (yes I said sin it exists deal with it) and can't be perfect. That is why everyone needs a savior be cause we are sinful by nature and cannot hope to work our way into God's favor. So infact REAL christians do not think off themselves higly at all but infact recognize the messed up state we are in.

Finnally I would also like to point out that you yourself just targeted a specific "religous" group. DO you know why? because you are entitled to your oppinion.

Not all religion based their religion on (1COR.1:25-31)facts. If you look in the Bible; there are (HEB.5:14)two religions; one is true and the other false. If you do a deep study on the Bible with God(JAMES 1:5; 2PET.1:19-21) helping you every step of the way; you will know His truth. Most people (ROM.10:3)interpet the scriptures themselves and (EPH.4:14; COL.2:8)confuse people with their (ROM.11:25)teaching; this in return leads to confusion inwhich leads to (JAMES 3:2,13-16 to chapter 4 and 5.)arguing : because this person thinks they're right by their interpetation or this other person is right by their own interpetation and etc.
If all religions were based on the Bible and Jesus's teachings then all would be fact, but they're not. The Bible tells us that there's only one true church(EPH.4:5; 5:27; ACTS 20:28) and this religion is based on faith of God's word. This church lives/bases their beliefs by every word(LUKE 4:4) and doeth God's will (MATT.7:21; 1JN.2:17). They follow Jesus (COL.2:6; 1PET.2:21) and the Apostles(EPH.2:20) in every way.

{Note: In REV.17:5- it talks about a mother church having daughters that follow her teachings. Now this mother church happens to be the False Church that most of the world is following. Now from the true church; there were some followers that didn't want to follow God's way so they took some beliefs of the true church and some of the false church (misguid people then to create copies that are close enough to the truth to draw people to them) to trick people as add some of their own teachings.
For example: Church of God International believes in 13 tribes instead of 12 that is stated in REV.4-8.
This is how many churches trick you if you don't know the Word of God. That's why the bible tells us to pray and study our Bibles every day so we won't be deceived by the (MATT.24:24; 1JN.2:18; 4:1)false teachers out there.}

Because we think there are 3 Gods! And when you practice a religion then you are following one of those 3 Gods! The 3 religions come from our same God Allah the Merciful, whom Jews call Yahweh The Almighty! So are Christians, they have Jehovah The Father in Heaven…
We don’t have 3 Gods ! We are all worshiping One and Only One God. His name is just different according to tongue.

All religions are NOT based on fact. Many of the world's religions are utter nonsense. How would it be possible for both monotheism (only one god) and polytheism (many gods) to be fact? Only one can be true. So what is wrong with trying to find the correct one?

Science is based on fact, but there are arguments.

Having some facts and understanding the Truth are two very different things.

Who said all religion is based on fact? Nobody should say that all religions are true. Faith is what really matters because the truth will be revealed.

May God Bless you.

Religion is not based on fact. It is based on what you feel in your soul. It is more of a gut instinct feeling, or a faith, if you will. People are different, and the difference causes animosity, which leads to hatred. Sad, really.
