Religious people will tell you that you only have subjective morality, if you don't have a religion.
What they don't realize, is that they already have subjective morality, themselves. Morality is always subjective. There is no god. The "morals" that religious people say come from god, actually just come from other men.
And those morals have changed over the centuries. You can see this demonstrated quite clearly, just reading over the Old Testament. Morality has changed, because society has changed, and it will continue to do so.

You don't. It's entirely possible to have morals without having a religion. Religious people who say those without a religion have no morals mostly use it as an attempt to sound better and above others who don't share the same beliefs.
Thus another one of the things I have against religion society in general, the "you have no morals" argument. After all, if there isn't only one religion, there isn't only one set of morals. Again however, morals and religion are not the same thing and morals can exist on it's own without religion.

The Great Scientist Giordano Bruno was burned in an inquisition bonfire. He was brought to the Campo de' Fiori, a central Roman market square, his tongue in a gag, tied to a pole naked and burned at the stake, on February 17, 1600 by Cardinal Robert Bellarmine.
This Cardinal was later canonized.

You don not have to be in a religion to be moral. Being moral just means to do what is right in the world's eyes. Being religious is doing what is right in the eyes of a higher being. Me, I am a christian and I try my hardest to live by God's standards and not the world's.

I agree 100% Many of the Christians I know are all about preaching morals yet have none. Sad commentary on their religious upbringing.

Religion and morality are not exclusive, and if history (past and present) is any indication, almost mutually exclusive.
To add to Malcolm's comment about Bruno, he was actually a priest, and his "crime" was claiming that all of the stars we see had planets, and all the planets had life, all all the life was there to worship god.
