You know what I think would be really cool, if you could demo clubs from the site.

Like you have a bunch of different clubs and you let people rent it for as long as they want. You can charge anywhere from $10-$20 per day. Then if they want to keep it becasue they like it so much, they can buy it on the site. Say the one day rate is $20, and a guy has a driver for 3 days. He already owes you $60 but if he wants to keep the driver and the normal cost of it is $300, he can just pay the extra $240 so it'll come out to $300.

You should also have a swing analyzer thing.

A user can videotape his or her own swing, and then go to your site, plug their video camera in, and see it on the site. You can have it be compared to their favorite pro to see how they match up. It would be cool if you could get it so the site actually says what you are doing wrong. But you can have videos of various pros swinging from different angles and they'll be a see-thru kind of thing. The amateur with their own video will be solid and the swings will happen at the same time on top of each other because one's transparent and one's solid.

It should have reviews for different products.

It should have a nutrition/health section.

You should tell what to eat before or during a round. What foods to avoid. It should have workout/excercise ideas for different age groups: 14-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70, maybe even 70-80.

It should have tips from pros.

It should a survey type thing to determine what clubs/balls/shafts people should buy. Survey questions could be on skill, distance hit, swing speed, and what ball flight, feel, etc. people want.

You could also have a Yahoo! Answers type section for golf.

I hope this helps you!

P.S. I hope I win the gift card, I need a new driver! :)

EDIT: GO TO ADD ADDITIONAL DETAILS AND KEEP UPDATING THE RACE FOR WHOSE GOING TO GET THE GIFT CARD. THE BEST GUY IN FIRST PLACE AND THE WORST ANSWER IN LAST.

THANKS

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.

You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

work the youth. I'm 22 and I see a lot of people younger then me out on the golf course. I would send your catalog to high schools and colleges if you don't already do that. the sooner these kids see your name the more likely they may buy from you. also you could try selling the Tiger Woods video game. a very popular game. I also seen that you have a counter on your home page that shows how many people are on-line shopping at tgw. how about a counter that shows how much money people have saved that day by shopping with you. just a thought.

I don't know if this is new or old but if you want to sell golf merchandise you might want to consider giving out a dinner for two if you buy a certain amount of merchandise. Maybe strike a deal with a nice chain restaurant so they could get some exposure and help defray the cost. I know I might be able to talk my wife into me buying a set of clubs if we could have dinner at Outback ,Claimjumpers or the like.I have used your catalogs and have ordered several items. The service has been excellent .

FAQ on how to get your wife or son interested in golf, with ideas like:

take your son out to a stream or creek. Bring a wedge and a small bucket's worth of old balls. Challenge him to hit balls to a particular spot or target or distance. Just when it begins to get fun, pick up the balls or take the club - you've left him with the experience that hitting golf balls is fun.

Don't ever post swing tips - no "cure a slice" bits

Create a section with quick tips for brand new golfers (if your website caters to beginners), things like:

- "How not to be intimidated when you're paired up with more experienced partners."
- "The three most important etiquette rules for the new golfer."
- "Four ways to avoid slow play" - etc.

Best to you.

simple;

since the emergence of Tiger Woods as the greatest golfer on planet earth it is a good business decision to include advertisements that target the African American community... And if you think there are not many in this community that play golf, just remember how it was several years ago when there were no African American golfers.. In other words diversify and target... be the first to include... your bottom line will thank you!

I would like to see differrent games (within the game)out there and the rules for playing each game. My buddies and I play WOLF a lot, but I know there are several other games to play. It makes the game more interesting when different skill levels are playing together....

Thanks!!
