Because the salad looks nice in a wooden bowl!

I personally use a wooden bowl because I am a garlic fanatic, and I always rub my garlic on the inside of the bowl, so no matter how many salads i put in it, they will taste like garlic. Same with onions.

I prefer a good ol' tupperware bowl...but call me cheap if you want to..LOL!

in my case makes me feel that, I'm one step closer to nature.... and simplicity with my healthy eating. take care....
