The holy trinity, try getting someone to explain that one. It's like story gone blurry when someone looks too close. But, ok , try to explain it. How can Jesus be the son of God, and God... especially when God said 'Ye shall have no other Gods before me". Sounds hippocrytical.

Hypocritical.... I noticed you didn't answer. I guess you don't know either. Sorry it it offends you when I point out the obvious faults in your religion. There are too many to list here. I was just curious about one.

People say I have to have faith to understand. Well, that's nice. Unfortunately, this is a tool used widely by people who have no leg to stand on. It's like Santa Claus, but for some reason it's ok not to believe in him. And don't read scriptures to me, that isn't proof either. Have you even given an ounce of thought that maybe God gave you a life to live, not to go around living by someone else's rules. Did you ever think that maybe God didn't create Jesus? Why can't you fathom a world where everyone is happy and kind without having to believe in a Herculean tale of sacrifice created by man? The universe is a big place. Why do you believe that someone would have to die in order for you to keep on existing. God doesn't work that way. He didn't give you life to see you waste it on religion. Parents don't force their kids to sit around and praise them, they want them to have a life. So get a life, God wants you too.

The way I view it, is like water. Water has three forms, liquid, ice, and steam. Now if water is of the world and can have three forms, what makes it hard to see that something not of this world, is unbelievable? Hope this helps, it's only my opinion though.

When St. Patrick tried to convert the pagan king of Ireland, the King gave Patrick a choice: either explain the Trinity or get out of Ireland.
As we often do when we are in deep thought, Patrick took a long walk and eventually noticed the shamrock growing as it does so well in Ireland. He noticed that there were three parts on one stem. Patrick took the shamrock to the King and told him that just as there is one stem and three parts, in God there is one God and three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
This answer was good enough for the King and the country became Catholic. I can not give you a better explanation. The answer is a mystery which we will know the truth about when we see God in heaven.

And what makes you think that you, a mere mortal, can ever fully understand God? Just because you cannot comprehend it does not make it untrue.
I would try to explain it, but I assume from your question that you have made up your mind already, so why bother? The Bible says not to answer mockers. You and I will both have to stand before God's judgment seat, and then we will see.
The following link has some article explaining the trinity:

BTW, if you are familiar with quantum mechanics, try explaining how light can be both a particle AND a wave at the same time, since these seem to be mutually exclusive categories. Not eveything is the universe can be easily explained.

NO, he is not.. he is a Messenger from GOD
God supported him by Miracles
THIS IS THE TRUTH THAT MAKES SENSE
THOSE R SOME PROOFS :
[4:157] And for claiming that they killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the MESSENGER of GOD. In fact, they never killed him, they never crucified him - they were made to think that they did. All factions who are disputing in this matter are full of doubt concerning this issue. They possess no knowledge; they only conjecture. For certain, they never killed him.
[4:158] Instead, GOD raised him to Him; GOD is Almighty, Most Wise.
[4:171] O people of the scripture, do not transgress the limits of your religion, and do not say about GOD except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was a messenger of GOD, and His word that He had sent to Mary, and a revelation from Him. Therefore, you shall believe in GOD and His messengers. You shall not say, "Trinity." You shall refrain from this for your own good. GOD is only one god. Be He glorified; He is much too glorious to have a son. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. GOD suffices as Lord and Master

There is just one God like the Bible says, the problems comes in our trying to think naturally about a spiritual subject. One God, manifest in Three Persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Each being separate from each other, but each being God. It's kinda hard to wrap your brain around sometimes and having faith in this area sure does help. Naturally, the word used for God in Genesis is a uni-plural word. (huh?). Think of it as the way we use the word "team". There is one team, but different members of the team. Not a good explaination, but it helped me in understanding the concept of the Holy Trinity.

As a Jew (non-practicing) , I don't think that's a true statement at all , that "Jesus is God". I think that he himself, Jesus the man that is, would not even remotely accept that statement. In fact, considering that he was a devout Jew from a rural area of Israel / Palestine back 2000 yrs ago, he probably would have found such a notion appalling and blasphemous. Jews, like Muslims, believe it is blasphemous you see to give "partners" to the One God. As for all of the Trinity theological mumbo-jumbo which the Catholic Church fathers came up with centuries after the Jew in question was dead , nobody can really make any real "sense" of it when they think, as logical adults, beyond simple "blind faith". I have many Roman Catholic (nominally Catholic) friends; most of them are non-practicing, but I'd guarantee not one of them could seriously explain what is actually meant by all that.
Example (just one quick example), Jesus said, something like, "Oh God, let your will not mine be done." Right? So he was in effect praying to himself ?? Or to , what? Another "aspect" of himself? Makes no sense, and can only be taken, as I said , either on blind unquestioning faith, or not at all.
Furthermore, the idea of a Church like the Roman Catholic Church (clearly a sort of "continuation" , if you will, of the Roman Empire of Jesus's time) , being the worldwide "center" of worship of him AS the actual LITERAL "son" of God (an idea which, as I've said, Jews find blasphemous in the first place), ROME of all places being the center of it, full of statues and idols of it, of his death, etc etc ( Jews also find statues to be idolatry, in truth), all of that would simply astound the man, were he alive to see it. What would Jesus do?? He'd go looking for the nearest Orthodox synagogue and pray for the coming of the Messiah, that's what he would actually do, his mother too, were they able to see what had been made of them after their deaths.

May the peace, blessings and mercy of God be upon you
This should show you the straight path
[005:072] Surely, they have disbelieved who say: "God is the Messiah ['Îsâ (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary)." But the Messiah ['Îsâ (Jesus)] said: "O Children of Israel! Worship God, my Lord and your Lord." Verily, whosoever sets up partners (in worship) with God, then God has forbidden Paradise to him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong doers) there are no helpers.
[005:073] Surely, disbelievers are those who said: "God is the third of the three (in a Trinity)." But there is no god (none who has the right to be worshipped) but God alone. And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall on the disbelievers among them.
[005:074] Will they not turn with repentance to God and ask His forgiveness? For God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
[005:075] The Messiah ['Îsâ (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddîqah [i.e. she believed in the Words of God and His Books (see Verse 66:12)]. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while God does not eat). Look how We make the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them; yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth).
I suggest you read some Qu'ran yourself. God is One, Absolute, Eternal, The Only, The Almighty Creator of the Universe.
If you talk to a Muslim he might say Allah, but know this just means God in Arabic. The word God is different than god look it up in the dictionary if you don't believe me.
Peace Be With You

The question should also be how can he be a mighty god and an almighty god at the same time? One of the examples given for the Trinity is Isaiah 9:6 where the Word is referred to as a Mighty God, yet a mighty god receives it power and existence from an Almighty God.

God created man in His image... we are body mind and spirit like He is. My body is different from my mind and my spirit, but all work together and all are me. WE are "trinities" also.
Mind you, this is one of a few theories on it. But its the one that makes most sense.
Also, it is like water... imagine God is a huge pool of water, you can take some of that water and contain it but not the whole thing. You could freeze some of it, then it is ice (Jesus) different than its original form, but still water. You can take the same water, and heat it, it becomes steam (Holy Spirit) different form, same Water.
Make sense?

Trinity is false doctrine...Read God's Word and you will find the truth. I suggest to pray sincerely to God the Father and asked it in Christ Jesus's name. In the beginning was the Word (Jesus Christ) and the Word was with God<
