almost all grocery stores have an isle of diabetic or sugar free foods. They are a little more expensive but they taste good and are worth it.
Even Wal-Mart has a half isle of items with littel or no sugar and I found several varieties that don't have the corn syrup there.

I believe most grocery stores carry All-fruit, or a generic brand, and I think they are free of high fructose corn syrup. They are sweetened with white grape juice. And they are YUMMY!

I highly recommend Trappist preserves, they are all natural. A friend gives them as gifts to me and I am completely spoiled by them.

at your regular grocery store. i get mine at Publix. it doesn't have any hfcs. you just have to check the ingredients. for a sure-fire stop you can try Wild Oats, a natural grocery store.
