Which violin brand is best?

I've been playing violin for four years and would like to get a new 4/4 size one. I'd like to know which brand is best for a rich, brilliant and amazing sound (price does not matter). I'm going to use Evah Pirazzi strings on it. Any ideas?

If price is no object, go for the strad. Good investment.
