If you buy a used car and you pay for it,you put nice rims and tires on it, fix it up better than when you purchased it.
Can the previous owner come back and claim it from you because they once owned it ? Hell no.
Get a grip on reality.
An illegal alien can respect the USA ,he can honor it.He can display the flag.He can truly love this nation. But he cant be a true
legal American until or unless he becomes a legal.citezen.Thats the laws of this nation.
In this NATION you must be legal to call yourself a true American.

I would say that it is possible for someone to break the law, come here illegally.. but then... maybe something inspiring happens to them and they truly want to be an a bonifide USA American citizen. Maybe they are even willing to join the military, get involved in doing things the right way.
It 'could' happen. of course the first thing tehy would really need to do is leave voluntarily and come back legally.

from the point of view of an american, no that can never be untill u become a legal.
however i think i know what u mean. after all every legal imigrant should feel that way after all they entred the country because they love it.
as an illegal eventhough you love the country u are in a state of illegality and a nuisance to the country

If you cant respect the laws of the country how can you be proud to be an american? Because you ARE NOT an american. Couldnt go through legal means to gain entry to the country. Horrid.

ABSOLUTELY YOU CAN!! But keep in mind just because you put American flag on your car/property doesn't make you an American. Nor does calling yourself "Proud American" make you LEGAL!!...
