My husband and I are planning on having a baby within this next year. I was wondering what I should do before we start trying. Should I start working out? and other things.

The first thing you should do is go to the doc to get a clean bill of health and ask them if there is anything you should do. You should also start taking a prenatal vitamin (I like One Source) and start excercising. The healthier you are before you get pregnant, the healthier the pregnancy will be.
