Some solutions?
I mean for examples
We can really not walk anywhere but busy streets in most places without "loitering" or spending money or if there is a free place we have to drive there, (and its small) which for so many is not possible. This is not good for health of mental state.
Also if land was all non private, “common”, often it is destroyed by everyone using up, messing up, littering etc what’s on it, or “gangsters” and tyrants gain control and make wastelands, pollute beyond repair and impoverish and make homeless through force.
Thoughts….ideas for land use reform…

You are talking about two different things, one is public space and the other is private space.

A village may have a commons, but everyone in the village has a house built and decked out the way they like it, and they would not want somebody just wandering in.

Also in the Commons you cannot wreck it or make it so somebody else can't use it.

Now in each case, who decides stuff and, how it works is space for a lot of legitimate differences of opinion, and even a few that push the legitimacy part. And it all depends on who you are as to what you think.

If you can put yourself in others positions and see how they think you can find the best way you can.

If you had a store and folk shooed away customers just by standing in front of it, the store owner would feel hurt as he was losing money to eat with. Those doing the standing, might feel put out, but they could move easier than the store guy.

Likewise if you had a fire in your fire place, and the smoke drove the neighbors out of the house, you might need to work out with them what to do about it.

How much and what kind of open space to have is a very local activity, if you are active with your local government you can have a big impact on those decisions. I knew of some who just showed up and took copious notes at every meeting, and eventually had a very big impact.

I am not a Christian but Jesus got it right when he suggested that everyone do unto others as they would have others do unto them. If we all played by those rules we would have very few arguments.

One never truly 'owns' anything here in America. Try not paying your taxes and see how quickly you lose it.

private property is only good against americans but illegals can go on your property anytime they want we give them everything and dont enforce laws against them so unless you live in a mostly white or black neighborhood which is almost extinct dont worry about it
