or

I would choose the side that says it is ok to have cell phones at school. Here are some of the arguments that sre "for having cell phones at school"
1. Allows students to report crimes and have been integral and assisting police in school related crimes -- you can definitely refer to several school shootings including Columbine and a recent school shooting in Washington State
2. Allows students to contact parents when they are needed to come get them when they are sick, etc
3. Allows students to communicate with parents if they have an alteration in their schedule (i.e. football practice is cancelled)
4. Allows parents to contact their children in the event of an emergency
Take the stance that if schools make strict rules which make it against the rules to use them in class, then there is no harm with them being at school as long as ringers are turned off during class

eek! better get started, im thinking that the war in iraq could be the best one to use since you can have alot of facts and a few ideas of your own and soon enough hopefully

2003- this is when the invasion of iraq occured
Also america is not at peace in deciding Whether Iraq should be considered part of the American War on Terrorism---

If you wrote your paper including those things then you can just expand what I wrote + add any of your own ideas on the debate to add Iraq as part of the american war on terrorism and then you got yourself a paper!
