hey ok how do you ask someone out that says they are too old for you? he's 16 and I'm 13 and i really like him and he likes me, but he says hes too old for me help me plz.

dont ask him out if he says hes too old 4 u hes gonna say no and then u will be hurt so just dont do it!!! if he really wants to go out with u he will ask u out!!

I think that you should just keep asking him but not into a point were you are annoying him. Just make him understand how much you care for him and act real mature around him. Also, 16 and 13 is really not a bad age of two people dating. Good luck and I hope you get your man.

Well age is not the problem. There is only a 3 year difference. There is something else that he doesn't want to to tell you. Maybe he doesnt want his friends to make fun of him for going out with a "little kid". I think that you should ask him out, and if he still says that he is to old for you then ask him when? Because you will always be 3 years younger then him, thats never going to change. And you need to tell him that.

If he says he's too old for you, then there is no point is asking him out... he's already turned you down. I know it seems hard, but he's trying to do the right thing by you. Try being friends for a few years, and then you'll be mature enough to handle all that dating brings.

for a 16 yr. old a 13 yr. old isn't that attractive but if you were like 14 and he was 17 it sounds stupid but it would be better....so yea nothing much can help you but good luck! e-mail me if you have any more questions

If you ask him out again after he told you you are too young, he'll say no again and might get mad at you. I suggest just being his friend for now. You might see him in a different light after awhile.

just ask him out and see what he tells you, if he still keeps on with his i'm too old for you crap, then he has issues, that have nothing to do with you, but 3 years isnt anything big, if he was 18 then i could understand.

if u guys really like eachother and its legal (one of u cant be over 18) then hes technically not too old, but if he feels too oild then its just not gonna work out

Mybe if he liked u as much as u think he does...then he wouldnt care about age. he would do whatever...to be with u(if he like u that much.) so maybe he doesn't feel for u as much as u feel for him.sry.
