I am an accomplished chef.I never had any formal training.I've learned from others, books, myself. The best thing to learn from is experience.I've worked with grads of this school and and some are very knowledgeable and some shouldn't work at Mcdonald's.One of my good friends graduated from there and said if you went to class everyday that you would graduate. No matter what you skill level. There was one guy in his class that actually did his externship at Wendy's.No kidding! On the other hand if you sincerely want to excel in the culinary industry my friend told me that they will challenge you from time to time. The better the student you are then the harder the tasks given to you will be.

I've eaten at a few Le Coron Bleu schools and while the food was wonderful, the service at the Portland one is horrific. Try asking this in the schooling section for better answers. : )
