I'm 5'8", and I've never been taken seriously by a taller woman, but always by shorter ones. Where's the equality in that? I love tall women, and short ones. Shouldn't women be the same with men?
(I live in Manhattan, by the by, if a taller lady would like to have a drink sometime...)

I dont think theres nothing wrong with dating a guy thats short and skinny. Im 5'2 my only standard is that he has to be at least my height :) Not all women have a problem with short dudes Its like how most guys dont like fat girls some do some dont It goes case by case bases

I am not sure why that it, but I know that you are right. I think taller people in general just seem more attractive to me for some reason. I don't know why, but personally I would not date someone shorter than me. Just doesn't appeal to me for reasons which I do not understand.

Dude, why would you want to date a woman that is taller than you? Even if a woman that is taller than me want to date me, i'll say NO. I think it just the guy's problem!

Im 5'8" and that is as low as I will go. I want a man who looks me in the eye not my chest so that is why I like them 5'8" and taller.

cuz of these 3:
men who r shorter always end up staring at ur boobs. (cause thats the most they can see)
it's just not right
i want to feel that my guy can take complete control of me (in a good way), and taller guys make u feel like that automatically
but i'm still 5'6 to 5'7 so it's not as bad as it seemes. lol

I prefer a man who is bigger than me in all aspects so I can feel like a real woman and not a monster or a freak next to my guy.

Hey! We're the same height! I couldn't date a guy shorter than me. I could, but, I wouldn't.
