First watch his body language. Notice if he is hugging you tightly and closely or not (very important!). Then if he is huggging closely and tightly make the first move. Ask him first though. If he's not ready don't be pushy. Be patient and it will happen. Hope your Kiss comes soon.

If he is aware that you have not kissed anyone before he may well be waiting for you to make the first move so that he doesn't rush you into anything. However, you shouldn't kiss him until you feel completely comfortable.
Another point worth mentioning is are you sure that he's as experienced as you think? Perhaps he isn't the kissing veteran you think he is; AND even if he is, perhaps he's just as nervous as you this time around 'coz lets face it, you're better than all those other girls ;)

no u shouldnt make the first move just wait and see if he wonts to kiss you which he will just wait till hes ready

I think you should wait on him. It will be so much better if he kisses you first.

well he has more expericence so if go in and attempt to kiss him.....well you might do it wrong not to sound harsh....so i'd wait for him especially if it's ur first and his 100th....just be snuggly and it should happen soon!! e-mail me if you have more questions
