Why do people who havent worked out in a long time (or ever)
throw up when they excersize hard?

they are probably either overexerting themselves or possible they consumed too much food directly before training.

In 25+ years I've never thrown up, not even when doing 20 rep squats with 500 lbs.

because their blood is pumping hard to muscles, and is not able to aid the stomach in digesting it's contents.

They overdo it and if they are in bad shape(thin ppl can be in bad shape) their bodies cannot handle it
