I get those sometimes as well and I have asked my doctor about them and he said that even tho sometimes you feel fine, they will get inflamed sometimes if your body is fighting off a infection. So I don't think that it is too much to worry about unless it never goes away or if it is there for a long time! Every time I get them, they are sore also...so like I said unless it is something that lingers i would not worry too much. When I get them I know it is time to pop some vitamin C! Hope this helps :)

I wouldn't get too alarmed. It could be a primary sign of bacterial or viral infection. If its viral, you'll have a cold type thing for the next few days. If its bacterial, you'll need to get antibiotics but the doctor won't give you any until you have other symptoms. I would wait out for a few more days to see what else goes on before you get too worried.

your body is just fighting some kind of Infection, like a cold or something.

Go see a Doctor if your symptoms persist after two days.

You are also probably dehydrated. Drink about 3 litters of water a day in those 2 days and see if it makes a difference.

Could be cat scratch fever (yeah - it's a real thing). Not a big deal, but you should take anti-biotics.

Usually from a cat scratching you on the scalp.
