You have to get control of this child, someway, somehow. Maybe try grounding her from snacks until she brushes her teeth. If she bites you, spank her little butt!

We always made a family thing out of brushing before bed. Everybody had their toothbrush and would be taking turns spitting in the sink, and waiting their turn to spit, and waiting to see who wasn't going to make it to the sink! Now when my children were small I also introduced them to an electric toothbrush that they liked. They do make a mess with it! You might try one for yourself and let her see you using it and how much fun it can be, and you will make it extra extra fun of coarse! She will want one too, but she can't have one because she doesn't brush her teeth yet, and only big girls (or something like that) can have a special tooth brush like that. Make sure she can see in the mirror and reach the sink. My guess is she will be using the regular toothbrush (keeping a eye on the electric one that she will soon get) within a few days, depending how good an actor you are and if you don't give in! Remember you can only give her one after she either learns and starts to brush with the other one. Children learn from watching, she will want to do what you do if she doesn't feel pressured into it. Try it, I've had others who it worked with. As for the biting, I would put a stop to that by giving her a quick swat and raise your voice with a NO! Stop trying to clean her teeth, and try again in a few minutes when she calms down. Never discourage her from brushing or force her to brush. If you don't get her using the toothbrush right now, use the wet wash cloth method and put the toothbrush up for a week or two, but still let her watch you and the rest of your family. It may be that she just hasn't developed enough to use it yet. Keep trying, she will get the hang of it eventually. Hope I've been of some help. Good luck!

It sounds mean but it works. Take away all(and i do mean all) your child's toys. Tell your child we all have to brush teeth and she will have to brush hers too. Every time she brushes her teeth she will get a toy back. Save her favorite toy for when she is happy to brush her teeth.By letting her get away with this she has a power over you..You need to take control and don't give in no matter how hard she cries.Good luck.

I particularly have a 2 year previous son who additionally hated brushing his tooth or letting me do it. I o.ok.him to the dentist and that they advised me an identical concern. So i desperate to get a 2d opinion, it in simple terms didnt seem suitable that he became screaming lots. as quickly as I went to the seconed dentist he suggested that my son had uncovered nerves on his tooth. He had to have a surgical operation to shield all the matters he had, yet after that brushing his tooth isn't any situation. continuously get a 2d Opinion. solid success and with a bit of luck she grows as much as have a gorgeous smile.

Show her a bunch of pictures of people with really ugly teeth and ask her if she wants her teeth to look like that and if she says no than tell her she will if she doesn't brush her teeth. Good luck.

When she bites you, bite her back. She will stop doing it if she knows she will get bitten back. Of course, don't break her skin or anything. Just enough so she feels it.
