Oh Sweety...of course it is completely NORMAL to cry on such a day. 1st Id like to say...Im sorry to hear about ur mom's passing....I wish there was something to say to make u feel better, but i know sometimes words are just not enough! Try to remember the good times with her such as birthdays and holidays. The summer when you went on vacation and you got stung on ur butt by jellyfish and you mom helped with the oinment.....stuff like that! Over time it will get easier...just remember that even though ur mom is not here in the "physical" sense...she still lives on with in you! She will always be with you, in you heart, mind and memories. Try to cheer up though, you know she woundnt want you to be sad.

Bless your heart, of course it's normal. Go ahead and cry your eyes out if you want, everybody does. I'm so sorry about your loss. Take care, just sent a prayer for you.

ya see we all think you are normal......I lost my Mum and Dad within 6 months of each other and it never gets any easier, ever, Just go with the flow..People will tell you that your Mum lives on in you i know but it dont ease the pain does it, I dont want my Mum to live on in me i want her to be here....before she died she told me not to cry for her and to get on with my own life. wise words....she thought she would spare my tears but it doesn't work. Have a good blawt you will feel better later......ta ta duck....

I should think so!
If she meant anything to you, if she was a great Mum, of course you are going to miss her more than usual on this day

I think it's very normal. I think a man is a "man" if he can share his feelings and is emotional, but if he's always crying, then he has problems.
