I recently got rid of my b/f and I am trying to stop thinking about him. I know that we have to go our seperate ways, but I still want to be friends with him. He has a great sense of humor and I enjoyed spending time with him, but there wasn't a future for us. Also, we like to go to the same concerts, what should I do when i see him with someone else? I want to handle this as maturely as possible. HELP!

Been there, done that, Honey, and I have to tell you, it's real hard. If you really want a friendship with this amazing guy, just ask him over and talk to him. Tell him how you feel. But never call one million times, that can be annoying to a man. For instance in the hit movie "How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days". But he may be stubborn at first, so expect that. Just follow your heart, and stay true to yourself, Hun. Good Luck!

First, of all Good Luck...

I have been mature when i seen mine with other women, but to get it out of my head is a different question. I dont know how. I just smile and then in private rant and rave.

You can't be friends with him now, especially if you broke up with him. Maybe later when he gets over you. I don't know why girls always say that. The best way to forget him is to date someone else asap.
