does anyone know the "secret sauce" that Sonodas uses on there Baked Bay Scallops Appetizer?

It is so freaking good, they use it on other stuff but its so good on the Scallops!!!!!

If I had to %. one in all those, i might %. scalloped. often times you will get a bad baked potatoe (i.e. too difficult) and the sauce is tasty in scalloped, besides the actuality that greater fattening. My regular thank you to consume a potatoe is french fries! yet for a meal i might say roasted with oil and spices.
