You can rent her out to people who like dogs but don't have one. Sometimes business travelers get lonely and need a dog to pet. She can work hotels. I am not kidding. I can't have a dog 'cos I travel a lot. I would pay. You can also set up a petting zoo where kids with no dogs at home can buy dog treats from you to feed her.

I have two small Maltese dogs. They both work at Petsmart modeling clothes. They had to take one class to learn how to walk and present themselves. (The class was free)
They told me last night that one of the larger breed dogs was going to be fired because he had a bad attitude toward the smaller guys. If you think your girl can get along with others AND likes people, that is a plus in her favor.
Take her over there tomorrow and good luck. Tell her to smile at all the other breeds.
Good Luck to both of you.......The pay is not bad. either.

There's a job going at my local pub, they be needing bar staff and by all accounts, the girls in there are all a bit ruff so she should fit right in, come to think of it, last time I called in found a hair in my meal, the landlord had dog's breath and I had multiple flea bites on my ankles. Perfect, I'll get her an application form.

I have seven dogs, Saints can help with heavy stuff, Labs can help people out and get where they need to go and Pekes they really are the better of all as watch dogs...........I could retire and instead of them sitting on the couch eating all of the food I could actually watch TV all day?????????? Sign the crew up!!! Thanks, let them earn their own dinner for a while!!!

Working "hospice" at retirement center or cancer clinic for therapy. But I believe that is entirely voluntary.

Maybe see if an elderly home would pay for your pet to come in & cheer up the folks. I doubt it'd pay much, if at all, though, so, don't quit your job just yet.

If you live in Southern California, you could try getting her into acting or doing TV commercials. She would have to be exceptional for her breed and very well trained though...

if she's well trained, then possibly get her registered with an animal ad placement agency or something of that nature.
but i wouldn't count on it.
