I love marmite on toast too...have you tried putting it back under the grill until the marmite bubbles hmmmmm its yummy give it a go

My grandmother used to put Marmite on my toast. Ack. I have heard Vegemite is better but I have a hard time finding that in the States.

I love marmite on toast and I also love bovril on toast. If I want something sweet I like strawberry or raspberry jam or runny honey, or marmalade. Lemon and Lime marmelade makes a nice change from orange.

Natex is even better.
It is a low salt variation on Marmite. You can buy it at health food shops
