I wrote my guy friend an email asking him..."How are ya? How's the week going?" He replied back to me saying "Not good."
Then I wrote back to him asking..."Why, what's happened?" He wrote me back saying..."Just work stuff"
Is he mad, or just plain not having a good week? Or is it nice of him to reply back and tell me it's nothing serious, just work stuff? Is that what he meant you think guys?

He answered your question, I dont know where in it that indicates he is mad. Quit reading more into it than there is. Women cause more problems than I can count by doing that.

I think he is being honest in his answer that he is having trouble at work. The fact that he is having a tough time, but still took time to respond to you is good. Does he have a reason to be mad at you? If not, then know that he is being honest. He may not have time to tell you all about it yet. So email him back saying that you are sorry he is having a tough time and are available if he needs to talk.

well you proly didnt catch him at a good tiem with the first email... and the 2nd one; he doesnt want to elborate on his bad day - some guys just rather not talk about it. but i dont think he is personally mad at you. id just write him back and say, sorry u had a bad week at work, can i help out any? how are you besides that? and see what he says

Hes not mad at you. He wouldnt have wrote not good. He would have said fine and ignored you. I wouldnt worry. Hell call you if he needs your help other wise give him a day to work out his stuff.

If you guys haven't had a fight or anything prior to this email, why are you jumping to conclusions, thinking he might be mad at you? He's probably just having a bad day

i think its just work stuff. sometimes you really dont want to be bothered with especially when work is kicking your a s s..i know i have been there..your mood changes when s h i t is not going your way...unless you think there was another reason you are not telling us..
