Hi!!

Bnei Baruch (non profit organization dedicated to spread the wisdom of kabbalah) defines kabbalah like this:

"The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches a practical method to attain the upper world and the source of our existence. By realizing our true purpose in life, one attains perfection, tranquility, unbounded enjoyment and the ability to transcend the limitations of time and space while still living in this world."

You can find lots of information on kabbalah at: www.kabbalah.info

or email me, I study Kabbalah at Bnei Baruch (bbjuanjo@yahoo.com)
