Well, there is hot chocolate that's powdered, and then there's the best way to make it: real milk and chocolate!
But a great warm drink is one they make at Starbucks, a caramel apple cider. You can make it with apple juice if you don't have cider.
Warm up the apple juice with a dash of cinnamon in it, or you can even use those red hot cinnamon candies which will dissolve when the cider/juice gets hot enough. After it's warm, put some whipped cream on top, and drizzle the whipped cream with caramel sundae topping. It's so good on a cold day!

One of my absolute favorite warm drinks is Hot Cider. I love it! There are mixes that are already spiced & you just add water, Or you can use any of the following to make a satisfying warm drink with apple juice: Cinnamon sticks, lemon, rinds, orange juice, cloves, pineapple, rasins........when I was a teenager I was served this in Home EC. & I fell in love with the delicious flavors....some call it "wassail".....& I never frogot it....it took a few years to learn how to do this, but now I enjoy it any time I want! (Don't forget the powder mixes..it comes in real handy! OH! Also Trader Joes has one in a bottle & it RULES!!

How about Milo, it's not exactly hot chocolate but for a teenager it will help to keep your energy levels up, and it tastes good. I'm not a teenager but it's the only hot drink I drink.
