Why cant i see myself going out with him?

There is this guy that i have really liked for like 5 months now. He used to really like me and asked me out but it was very complicated at the time so i said not right now. Well we hook up every once in awhile but i really cant tell if he likes me the way he did before. He is so confusing! Everytime i think of him i think that i wouldnt ever go out with him. I dont kno why i think that i couldnt go out with him (if he asked) even tho i like him so much. Why do i feel like i could never see myself going out with him, even tho i like him so much?

Because it appears he has to many issues, which means he would be poor BF material in the long run.
