I know it is Swedish. And it means I love you, but how do you pronounce it?

"yah else car day"
("yah": I mean "y" as in "yes" and then "ah" like the kind of sound you make when you realize something;
the rest: (more or less) like the English words else, car, day)

emphasis on the first syllable, so:
"YAH ELSE car DAY"
