Phat = rolls (have to waer baggy outfits)

Thick= curves that can be flattered when wearing the right outfit.

They are pretty close in appearance though, hence your puzzle-ment!

Someone who is phat looks phat and has a lot of phat on them. Someone who is thick looks phat, but is all muscle.

your level of body fat determines that. to be technical I would say that thick would be at the mid range of body fat for your age group while phat would be above that (stomach rolls, a lot of back fat, etc.).
