For you, just try the Food Pyramid site:
http://www.mypyramid.gov
Most diets (and diet sites) are for adult dieters, and going on a calorie restricted diet at your age can have serious long-term consequences. If you need to go on a diet, your doctor can prescribe one for you.
Meanwhile, just concentrate on eating healthy (food pyramid) and getting routine cardiovascular exercise. If you DO actually need to lose weight, it will come off that way. At your age, it is hard to say if you need to lose weight or not, because growth spurts make it hard to know if you gained weight before height, or height before weight, (or are about to gain height, or about to gain weight, etc).

Every site (every single one) you will visit concerning loosing weight will include two suggestions. Eat a balanced diet and, exercise. This is sort of a disclaimer for many herbal or other supplements and even many suggestions concerning the types of food you should eat. Balanced diet, exercise. Look closely, sometimes this is in the fine print as an aside or requirement for success with brand x, or plan x.
The fundamental way to loose weight is to burn a few more calories that you consume, and to take in calories that are able to provide good nutrition such as fiber and protien.
Beware the magic pill - for anything.
I am not a doctor or a nutritionist. You should always consult with a doctor when including drugs or supplements to your diet and when beginning an exercise program to ensure that your health and safety are not compromised by radical or dangerous drugs and food plans.

Try this for one month...This is Bob Greenes phase one of thebestlife.com: increase your water, eat 3 meals a day and one snack (make sure you eat breakfast) do not eat past 7:30pm. No alcohol (but your 13- not a problem) take a muti vitamin and increase your activity. Do this for a month and then weigh your self. Phase two: same as phase one, but now eliminate soda, fried foods, regular pasta, high fat dairy products, white bread, and foods that contain trans fat. Replace these items with whole grains and whole wheats. Do this for a month and then depending how you are doing you stay on phase two or move to phase three. Stage three is mainly maintanence, but the objective is to understand the emotional reasons for your hunger.
You can buy this book and it even gives you an example meal plan and recipes. I'm starting tomorrow. Good luck to you in whatever you decide to do.

I know this is not the answer you want but at your age (or any) could be dangerous to go on any random diet... you should ask for professional help, although is expensive but is worth it; otherwise you would be risking your own life. Remember that what works on other people does not have to work on you (or have the same results) as well; every body and metabolism are different.

The source below links to something known as mypyramid tracker. It is a USDA source for information on diet and nutrition. I enjoy the use of them.

you could start by googling "balanced diet". you don't want to be dieting at such a young age. just start eating balanced meals and smaller portions if you want to lose weight. be more active, but do not starve yourself, it won't work.
